Birds are amazing creatures. The other day I was driving along and on the road in front of me, I saw an injured bird with two of (his friends) the same breed, moving him off to the gutter so he wouldn't be hurt again. It was absolutely amazing to watch... of course I slowed down to almost a stop as I didn't want to do any further damage. Meditation, I agree that wherever you can get lost is a good place to be for this purpose. Birds are amazing creatures.
